I’m an AI consultant, educator, and builder. I help business owners and teams find the two or three places AI can make a real difference, then turn the best ideas into useful workflows and tools.
My path here runs through IDEO, the career coaching business Crew that I founded, and Lumi, an AI careers platform I built. That mix of human-centered design, coaching, and product building shapes how I work: start with the real problem, test what helps, and keep people in the loop.
Coaching and leadership development firms are a particular focus. I know the business from the inside, and I help firms use AI to support their coaches, extend their expertise, and give clients more value between sessions.
I also teach and share what I’m learning through Watch Me AI, from useful tools to experiments people can try in their own work. I care about what becomes possible when useful technology meets human judgment.
